Renovation
IKON Construction built a series of upscale showrooms in locations across the U.S. Southeast for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., by converting warehouse space. The warehouses were framed with new walls, ceilings, flooring, display partitions, all new HVAC, plumbing and electrical. These showrooms feature working showers, hot tubs and gourmet kitchens, along with complex displays of ceramic tile and granite.
