Renovation Restaurant
Renovating The Stage on Lower Broadway in Downtown Nashville was an especially meaningful project for IKON. This thorough and time-consuming historical renovation added modern elements to the legendary honky tonk to keep up with growing tourism demands, including a complete structural floor and roof bar overlooking Broadway and the Cumberland River. The project also included necessary upgrades like a new elevator and stairwells, plus a mezzanine and lounge overlooking Historic Ryman Alley, all designed to improve the iconic space while respecting and preserving the special details of this downtown treasure for generations to come.
