The national grocery retailer/wholesaler needed a building with raised mezzanine and roof section to house an 18,000 square foot, owner-furnished power supply and distribution module that links and automates all electrical, mechanical and cooler/freezer controls. This concrete block structure features bar joist framing and a polished concrete floor.
