Restaurant
IKON Construction helped to breathe new life into this century-old building in downtown Columbia, TN. The recently opened two-story restaurant and bar in the town’s historic Courthouse Square District required an extensive interior renovation, including restoring the original hardwood floors, sandblasting and enhancing the exposed brick walls, creating major structural openings and installing all new mechanical systems. The building received an exterior facelift as well, including total façade restoration, new trim and windows, new entrances and more.
