“In 2006 my family decided to rehab a building that my father built in 1962, a building that had always been a restaurant. Upon our investigation of the property, we knew right away that we were going to have to do major renovations. I asked several friends who recently had construction work done, on who had a restaurant and the name IKON was brought up more than once. A company that did quality work and, above all, cared about the job and was extremely honest.
I met with the owner, Dave LeFeve, and after a short meeting we both seemed to have the same vision. Dave and his team offered wonderful suggestions, many at a cost savings to us and made the ideas very understandable to a layman.
I truly cannot say enough about the quality of employees that work for IKON. Dave has the ability to place the proper personal with the proper job. Our superintendent, Wayne, could have not been any easier to work with and truly took a personal interest in our project.
IKON has a knack of working with you to stay within your budget yet maintain the high quality of craftsmanship and even with the infamous “change orders” IKON does it very best to finish the job within the agreed timeline.
Another great point about using IKON, a locally owned with an owner involved company is that they stand behind their work. Dave was in our restaurant several weeks ago, 3 years after completion when I pointed out a problem and within 4 days he had a crew out to correct the problem at no charge. That in itself speaks volumes about IKON
To conclude, when the time comes that I will need a full service construction company, IKON will be the on top of my list of companies to call.”
