Located near Downtown Franklin, near the historic Carter House and Bunganut Pig Restaurant, “The Fainting Goat” coffee shop is expanding into this area. Major renovations and expansion are completed on this 50+ year old building, which had previously suffered severe fire and water damage. Opened in January 2024, the coffee shop provides indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a new 2^nd-story outdoor patio overlooking the Franklin Historic Preservation District on Columbia Highway.

IKON Construction is honored to partner with Farm Bureau Health Plans for the development and construction of their new Operations Campus in Columbia, TN. The project consisted of complete design, engineering, and comprehensive construction. Construction aspects included the demolition of an existing 12,000 sq./ft building, site work, erection of a new 40,000 sq./ft, two-story, conventional steel-frame building, masonry, glass curtainwall systems, Class A interior office space, as well as the complete management and installation of the FF&E package. The new building is an impressive and innovative facility that reflects the company’s commitment to providing an upscale environment for all company team members, excellence in the community, and customer satisfaction.    

IKON is excited to be involved in the growth and expansion of Otaku Ramen Restaurant  at The Factory Franklin, located in the Historic & newly renovated, near The Park at Harlinsdale Farm. The unique façade’ and interior design promote an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for guests to enjoy the delicious Otaku menu and special culinary elements. The restaurant displays many specialty finishes, which were carefully chosen to create an ambience that complements the restaurant’s theme.

IKON Construction has recently completed the construction of a modern office space in the Allston Building in Franklin, Tennessee. The new business office condominium features a unique blend of contemporary design and functionality, providing new owners an amazing open floorplan work space.  Walls of glass, high-end finishes, and an abundance of natural light cascading from the wrap-around balcony compliment this beautiful space.

IKON Construction was excited to relocate into The Allston Building in Franklin, TN.  The new office is situated within this Class A Office Building, and comprised of owners Business Condominiums. The space was designed to showcase a multiple blend of ceiling and wall features including; custom wood, concrete, metal, masonry, Oko panel, exposed structural, high glass-walls, all which come together with themes of contemporary, rustic and industrial designs to create a peaceful and inviting workplace environment. An abundance of natural light floods the office, permeating from the beautifully landscaped balcony and exterior glass wall system. All materials were carefully selected to ensure their compatibility & flow, and also showcase the beauty of select natural materials. 

After selecting The Allston Building for their new office location, HC Partners, a successful Investment firm, hired IKON Construction to design their new eclectic themed office space. In addition to design, IKON was hired to provide all engineering, finishes, furniture, and other unique office features.  Among the elements in the office are a Westcoast L2o Liquid Fountain in their entry Lobby, Infinium Glass Walls in private offices, Maple Doors, Moz Metal Walls, Masonry, and numerous other high-end & unique finishes. The serene atmosphere begins in the Lobby and continues through to the Breakroom where a “Live-Green Wall” overlooks the massive white solid-surface island with waterfall edges and an impressive furnished balcony. The beautiful condo is expected to be completed early 2023. 

An Austin-based western boot retailer, took space at Fifth + Broadway in downtown Nashville — the company’s first location east of the Mississippi River.  Tecovas Boots has moved into their approximate 3,000 sq. ft. space in Spring of 2021 with high-end custom finishes, beautiful custom wood paneling, ceilings with steel elements & gorgeous lighting.

Following an extensive renovation, The Stage on Broadway opened its new rooftop bar to the public. Great care was taken by both IKON Construction and the building’s owners to preserve the historic charm and character of the Nashville institution.

The complete third level building addition overlooks bustling Broadway Avenue. The additional space will allow for more seating and provide an unforgettable tourist experience with a bird’s-eye view of Bridgestone Arena and the scenic Cumberland River developments, as well as activity on the street below.

IKON Construction will continue with renovation plans in spring 2016, with plans for an additional bar and special events venue as a part of destination’s next chapter as a tourist hotspot.

CORNER PUB ON 5TH AVENUE IS NOW OPEN

Corner Pub’s 5th middle Tennessee location is now open and a perfect destination for great food and sports enthusiasts alike. The modern and welcoming sports bar features memorabilia from decades ago and makes it a must-see destination for Nashville natives and visitors. Their custom-design 48’ wide LED TV is ideal entertainment to watch your favorite sports teams. IKON collaborated closely with the MP&E design team to fit all the necessary HVAC and kitchen equipment on a new structural mezzanine constructed inside the 6,000-sf restaurant.

PLEASANT VIEW VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT IS UNDERWAY

Construction is underway on this new ground-up comprehensive Fire Station and Administration Building.  The approximate 15,000-sf facility houses state-of-the-art equipment, truck bays, overnight/sleeping amenities and many other modern features. The structure is a pre-engineered frame with classic masonry and stone exterior features. IKON is pleased to have the opportunity to help build the new headquarters for those who serve our community. The estimated completion schedule is Spring of 2019.
