Construction of a new, 11,500 square foot data center/office building, adjacent to the existing TRH Satellite Building in Columbia, Tennessee. The new building consists of a fully-functional 5,000 square foot reinforced concrete, semi-subterranean (“bunker-style”) Data Center. The remaining 6,000+ square feet was constructed using conventional structural steel framing and roof deck system. The remaining office space will be finished for expansion, and use by, TRH Operations.
