NASHVILLE’S NEWEST AND MOST POPLAR BAR IS NOW OPEN

Positioned perfectly on Lower Broadway in Downtown Nashville. Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row features energetic live performances, a delicious menu of food items and a terrific selection of beverages. This newly renovated four-story former Gibson Guitar building also features a brand-new roof-top bar with a patio deck overlooking Broadway Ave and the beautiful Cumberland River. The interior will feature many high-end finishes such as reclaimed wood, patinaed metals, wood beams, and a featured Motorcycle suspended from the ceiling. This is a terrific place to spend time with friends, socialize, and enjoy the environment.

SYLVAN STATION PROJECT IS BEGINNING TO TAKE SHAPE

Sylvan Station is a three-story office building it is the corporate offices for NovaTech.  The structural steel frame has been erected and the floor slabs have been poured.  The finished building will highlight many upgraded interior and exterior features such as barn style sliding doors, large conference rooms, upgraded sales gallery, and modernized coffee bars. Additionally, a modern façade including energy efficient glass storefront, unique cladding and masonry.  A newly constructed two-story parking deck shall be attached in the rear portion of the building.

ANIMAL CARE CENTER  MAKEOVER

IKON Construction has completed the finishing touches on a “makeover” exterior renovation for Dr. Wayne Sullivan and his staff for this Veterinary Clinic in Brentwood. The renovation included the removal of the wood shake mansard roofing and the installation of a completely new EIFS/Dryvit exterior. The exterior brick was beautifully painted, new privacy fencing was installed and new awnings over the front and rear entrances were installed.

FAST SIGNS INTERIOR RENOVATION

IKON Construction completed an interior renovation for this franchise in Cool Springs. Fast Signs interior renovation included multiple features while completing this corporate branding effort. The installation of new finishes throughout included flooring, tile and painting throughout the space.

PLAZA MARIACHI  

IKON Construction & PLAZA Mariachi has completed a massive and creative  renovation to a former 60,000 square foot Kroger Superstore in South Nashville. The re-imagined retail and community space will include markets, legal and professional services, a casual food court, a coffee bar with roasting room, boutique, salon, a children’s play area and high-end restaurants serving Mexican and South American cuisine.

Inspired by Nashville’s thriving Hispanic community, the completed renovation  includes artistic features, culturally inspired details, extensive finishes and state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems.

LE PEEP RENOVATION IN BELLE MEADE

IKON was pleased to be chosen to update the Le Peep restaurant in Belle Meade, a local breakfast hot spot. A new layout and classic white oak trim details transformed the space with a more current design. Additionally, the new larger bar utilizes the small space more efficiently and improves the overall design aesthetic.

NACARATO TRUCKS RECEIVES MAJOR RENOVATIONS IN FRANKLIN, KY

IKON Construction performed major renovations and enhancements for Nacarato Trucks newest repair and sales facility. This building provides great interstate visibility and access for the client. Renovations to the building include a complete exterior façade upgrade, new sales and parts write up area and an extensive renovation for the heavy truck repair bays.

BRENTWOOD  WELCOMES PRICE’S COLLISION COMPLEX 

IKON Construction completed a brand-new, contemporary split-level office complex in Brentwood, Tennessee, designed to house corporate offices and an automotive service center for the Price’s Collision Company.

Special details like high-end finishes, drive-through bays and a state-of-the-art interior drive-in carwash will enhance the customer experience and provide a new service option to the growing Brentwood community.
