IKON Construction completed a comprehensive renovation for Stanley Steemer, transforming both office and warehouse spaces. The office remodel included updated flooring, fresh wall finishes, new toilet accessories, and a fully modernized break room. We also built out a new lobby area and additional office spaces to improve functionality and flow. In the warehouse, we refreshed the space with new paint and installed new roll-up doors to enhance operations and efficiency. This project reflects IKON’s commitment to quality upgrades that support both form and function.

This sophisticated medical office features high-end finishes and state-of-the-art surgical and consultation areas, offering both patients and staff a serene, professional, and highly functional environment. From early planning and permitting to final construction, IKON delivered a seamless experience, managing complex mechanical, electrical, and medical-grade requirements to bring Dr. Clymer’s vision to life.

IKON Construction proudly delivered PLAY Playground Nashville, a one-of-a-kind indoor entertainment venue that blends immersive design, bold colors, and interactive play. Spanning over 20,000 square feet, this dynamic space was custom-built to house dozens of large-scale games and physical challenges designed for both kids and adults.

From concept to completion, IKON partnered with the creative team behind PLAY to bring their vision to life – incorporating structural modifications, vibrant finishes, custom installations, and themed lighting throughout. The result is a visually captivating, high-energy experience that’s both fun and functional.

Attorneys CPJ Law has selected an ideal location for their new office condominium within the Allston Building in Franklin. In collaboration with IKON, the law firm incorporated their vision with installation of custom glass walls, elegant wallcoverings, modern lighting, high-end open-industrial finishes with ample natural light providing truly breathtaking views. The kitchen boasts chic cabinetry paired with modern solid-surface waterfall countertops and top of the line appliances.

Retirement Renegade carefully selected The Allston Building in Franklin to create and build their new 5,000 sq-ft office ondominium. The team at IKON took the client’s vision and created a truly remarkable space for their clientele and staff to truly enjoy. Every detail has been meticulously designed, from the captivating water feature, to the stylish fireplaces, custom entertainment space and kitchen, surrounding exterior balcony with planters, and a modern soundproof Podcast Studio. This office is adorned with many other unique, high-end and luxurious finishes.

 

 

   

      

Located near Downtown Franklin, near the historic Carter House and Bunganut Pig Restaurant, “The Fainting Goat” coffee shop is expanding into this area. Major renovations and expansion are completed on this 50+ year old building, which had previously suffered severe fire and water damage. Opened in January 2024, the coffee shop provides indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a new 2^nd-story outdoor patio overlooking the Franklin Historic Preservation District on Columbia Highway.

    

IKON is excited to be involved in the growth and expansion of Otaku Ramen Restaurant  at The Factory Franklin, located in the Historic & newly renovated, near The Park at Harlinsdale Farm. The unique façade’ and interior design promote an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for guests to enjoy the delicious Otaku menu and special culinary elements. The restaurant displays many specialty finishes, which were carefully chosen to create an ambience that complements the restaurant’s theme.

IKON Construction is honored to partner with Farm Bureau Health Plans for the development and construction of their new Operations Campus in Columbia, TN. The project consisted of complete design, engineering, and comprehensive construction. Construction aspects included the demolition of an existing 12,000 sq./ft building, site work, erection of a new 40,000 sq./ft, two-story, conventional steel-frame building, masonry, glass curtainwall systems, Class A interior office space, as well as the complete management and installation of the FF&E package. The new building is an impressive and innovative facility that reflects the company’s commitment to providing an upscale environment for all company team members, excellence in the community, and customer satisfaction.

IKON Construction was excited to relocate into The Allston Building in Franklin, TN.  The new office is situated within this Class A Office Building, and comprised of owners Business Condominiums. The space was designed to showcase a multiple blend of ceiling and wall features including; custom wood, concrete, metal, masonry, Oko panel, exposed structural, high glass-walls, all which come together with themes of contemporary, rustic and industrial designs to create a peaceful and inviting workplace environment. An abundance of natural light floods the office, permeating from the beautifully landscaped balcony and exterior glass wall system. All materials were carefully selected to ensure their compatibility & flow, and also showcase the beauty of select natural materials.
